Error: Cannot open Briefcase when sending...(due to renamed or moved folder).
Error:
Error: The Briefcase cannot be opened because the disk is inaccessible. Verify that the disk is accessible.
Cause:
The clipboard in the <Windows>\Send To folder does not point to an existing Briefcase. The original My Briefcase was renamed or moved to a different folder.
Solution:
Edit the 'Send To' folder properties in the WINDOWS directory to point to an existing Briefcase.
1) Open Windows Explorer.
Explorer in 'Start' menu
2) Select the Windows 'SendTo' folder from the 'All Folders' list box.
NOTE: The above step assumes that the default directory is C:\WINDOWS\SENDTO.
3) Click the 'Send To' folder.
4) Right-click the 'My Briefcase' folder from the 'Contents of <Path>' list box to display the pop-up menu (where <Path> indicates the drive and folder containing 'My Briefcase').
5) Select 'Properties'.
6) Click the 'Shortcut' tab.
7) Change the path in the 'Target' box to that of an existing Briefcase.
